Partner with Technology Group Leaders on the deployment of HR strategic plans.Build career path models to be utilized in career development and performancemanagement.Identify opportunities for growth and assist with creation of training anddevelopment programs.Lead and enhance the performance development process including coachingmanagers on conducting effective performance reviews.Analyze market data and assist in the development of company-wide compensationstrategyCounsel and advise employees, managers and leadership on employee relationsmatters.

Requirements of the Human Resources Business Partner:
Bachelor s Degree required; Master s degree a plus.SHRM-CP or PHR Certification (strongly preferred).6+ years of HR experience including training and development, employeerelations, talent acquisition, compliance, benefits, compensation, and HRISsystems.Experience communicating with top-level executives.Experience working with technology companies or clients.Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
